Order Cancellation & Modification

Before Shipping

  • Orders can be canceled or modified before shipment.

  • PayPal/Credit Card: 5% processing fee deducted.

  • Affirm: 5–10% processing fee (depends on provider).

After Shipping

  • If shipped but still in transit, contact us immediately. We’ll try to recall the package, but success is not guaranteed.


Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receipt.

  • Contact us first at support@topbaic.com before sending items back. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Returns for Personal Reasons

  • Buyer pays return shipping.

  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • Items must be packaged securely; damage from poor packaging is the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns for Defects

  • Report defects within 7 days of receipt with photos.

  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement.

  • If a refund is preferred, original shipping cost will be deducted.

Custom Orders

  • Non-refundable once materials are ordered.

  • 50% restocking fee applies if canceled after production begins.

  • Cannot be canceled due to extended production time.

Installation & Assembly

  • Products are considered accepted once installed (unless defective).

  • Report assembly issues within 7 days with photos.

  • Installed, painted, modified, cracked, or scratched items are not returnable.

  • Products with double-sided tape are only returnable if the protective film is intact.

Shipping Damage

  • Do not install damaged items.

  • Contact us within 7 days with photos of product + packaging.

  • We’ll replace the item and assist with claims. Refund option: return shipping is buyer’s responsibility.

  • Installed items are not eligible for damage claims.

Incorrect or Missing Items

  • Report within 7 days to support@topbaic.com with order number + photos.

  • We’ll provide a prepaid label and send the correct item.

  • Installed items cannot be returned.

Lost Packages

  • Check tracking regularly.

  • Contact us if no updates for 7+ business days (or 3 weeks internationally).

  • Lost-package claims will be filed.

  • Incorrect shipping address is the buyer’s responsibility.

Return Address

  • TOP BAIC has multiple warehouses. Please contact us for the correct return address.

  • Returns sent to the wrong address may be refused or delayed.

International Orders

  • Buyers are responsible for VAT, GST, customs duties, and import fees.

  • If customs clearance fails, all costs/losses are the buyer’s responsibility.
